Karen Night
Karen Night 2020 is an event organized by the Karen l Student Group at St. Cloud University, Minnesota, USA The lives of these veterans are refugees who previously lived in refugee camps in Karen State. They were later helped by the UN or the United Nations, allowing them and their families to start a new life in the United States and subsequently gained citizenship. Even though they had been living in the United States for over 10 years, they never forget where they came from.
The Karen ethnic youth living in the United States also recognize the importance of their traditions and culture. Karen activity Night will be held every year. To show that these young people are also concerned with the lifestyle of the Paquénos people even though they are in exile from abroad, the Karen Night 2020 event includes Workers of different nationalities as well, For example, African people of American descent And Native Americans, these ethnic Karen youths want their college mates to understand the culture of their way of life through Atmosphere of the event And in that event, their own tribal language was sung and exchanged of ideas and cultural exchange within the event as well. It is also the first time that ethnic Karen youths living in America have collaborated with the Karen youth who are citizens journalists in Thailand. In order to convey the image of the Paqueño youth to people living abroad to get to know their way of life as well.
